Zesty Guacamole
SERVES 2

Ingredients:
1 avocado, cubed
1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh cilantro, chopped
½ jalapeno pepper, diced
½ lime, juiced
1 tsp canned chipotle peppers

Method:
1. In a medium bowl, mash chipotle peppers they form a paste.

2. Add all other ingredients except lime juice, and mash until you reach the desired consistency.

3. Add lime juice and mix well. Season with salt to taste.
